Booking Info

  • How to Book: Select your preferred hourly time, on the calendar, and complete payment to secure your slot.

  • Payment: Full payment required to confirm booking, processed securely via Paystack

  • Instant Confirmation: Booking confirmation is sent immediately after payment, via email or WhatsApp.

  • ID Requirement: Valid ID required at check-in

  • Cancellation Policy: Your booking is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted only once per booking. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund or further date changes.

  • Extension: If the following session is available, guests may extend on the spot at the applicable rate.

  • Contact for Support: Phone or WhatsApp number for booking questions or on-site assistance.

  • Guest Policy: Only the number of guests registered on the booking are permitted during your session. External visitors or additional guests are not allowed at any time. If you would like to add someone to your booking, please contact us in advance, as this will be subject to the space’s maximum capacity and approval.

Session Guidelines

Occupancy

  • Maximum of 20 people per session, no exceptions without prior approval.

No Smoking

  • Strictly no smoking Outdoors (cigarettes, vape, or any substances).

  • Violation attracts a heavy fee.

Outside Food Is Allowed

  • Complimentary items and refreshments are permitted inside the space, keep the space clean and professional.

Equipment Care

  • Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment.

Damages

  • Any damage to the space or its equipment during your session will be charged to the guest.

  • Report faults or issues to management immediately.

Cleanliness

  • Keep the space reasonably tidy during your stay

  • Dispose of trash properly

  • Excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning fee

Punctuality

  • Events begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.

General Conduct

  • Respect neighbors and other guests

  • No illegal activities on the premises

  • Management reserves the right to end a stay without refund for rule violations

  • Yes. A movable private changing room is available for guests who book our outdoor space specifically for photography or content creation, allowing you to conveniently change outfits during your session.
