Booking Info

  • How to Book: Select your preferred session, early, late, or full day, on the calendar, and complete payment to secure your slot.

  • Payment: Full payment required to confirm booking, processed securely via Paystack

  • Session Options and Pricing: Early Session, 8 AM to 2 PM, 70,000 naira. Late Session, 2 PM to 5 PM, 70,000 naira. Full Session, 8 AM to 7 PM, 120,000 naira.

  • Combined Session Note: Booking both the early and late sessions on the same day is treated as a full session and charged at 120,000 naira, rather than as two separate bookings.

  • Instant Confirmation: Booking confirmation is sent immediately after payment, via email or WhatsApp.

  • ID Requirement: Valid ID required at check-in

  • Cancellation Policy: Full refundable cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, non-refundable within 12 hours

  • Rescheduling: This is dependent on if there is an available session at the date its to be rescheduled

  • Extension: If the following session is available, guests may extend on the spot at the applicable session rate.

Session Guidelines

Occupancy

  • Maximum of 3 - 6 people per session, no exceptions without prior approval.

No Smoking

  • Strictly no smoking indoors (cigarettes, vape, or any substances).

  • Violation attracts a heavy fee.

  • Only complimentary items or approved refreshments are permitted inside the space, to keep the space clean and professional.

Equipment Care

  • Guests are responsible for the proper use of all equipment, including the coffee machine, whiteboard, and furniture.

Damages

  • Any damage to the space or its equipment during your session will be charged to the guest.

  • Report faults or issues to management immediately.

Cleanliness

  • Keep the space reasonably tidy during your stay

  • Dispose of trash properly

  • Excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning fee

Punctuality

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.
