Booking Info

  • How to Book: Select your dates on the calendar, confirm guest count and complete payment to secure your reservation.

  • Payment: Full payment required to confirm booking, processed securely via Paystack.

  • Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in 2:00 PM | Check-out 12:00 PM

  • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum

  • Instant Confirmation: Guests receive booking confirmation immediately after payment (Email/WhatsApp)

  • ID Requirement: Valid ID required at check-in

  • Cancellation Policy: Your booking is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and is permitted only once per booking. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund or further date changes.

  • Extra Guests: The cap number of guest in a room is 2, any extra guest can come in as a visitor and leave after visiting hours by 10pm

  • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available on request, subject to availability, will attract extra fee

Occupancy

  • Only registered guests as per booking are permitted to stay overnight

  • Visitors are welcome during the day, but must sign in and out at security and leave by 10 PM

No Smoking

  • Strictly no smoking indoors and outdoors (cigarettes, vape, or any substances)

  • Violation attracts a heavy fee

No Parties or Events

  • Parties, loud gatherings, or events are not permitted without prior approval from management. If you intend to host any gathering during your stay, management must be informed in advance and provided with full details of the event, strictly through writing (Email). Approval must be received before proceeding.

Pets

  • No pets allowed

Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment during their stay

  • Report faults or issues to management immediately

Cleanliness

  • Keep the apartment reasonably tidy during your stay

  • Dispose of trash properly; don't leave perishable food out

  • Excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning fee

Security

  • Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your booking

General Conduct

  • Respect neighbors and other guests

  • No illegal activities on the premises

  • Management reserves the right to end a stay without refund for rule violations

What’s Included

Our Compliments to You

  • Daily housekeeping is available throughout your stay and can be scheduled at your convenience. Bed linens are changed every third day, and basic in-room supplies are restocked every third day. Additional housekeeping requests can be arranged with our team where possible.

  • 24 hours prior security with keypad self check- in entry sent immediately after payment is made

  • Same-day maintenance, a message to the resident manager is quickly attended to
